Afra is a domineering, money-hungry mother who runs her household with an iron fist, much to the frustration of her mild-mannered husband, Ribal, and their three daughters, Maysoun, Haifa, and Naziha. Determined to climb the social ladder, Afra sees her daughters' marriages as opportunities to gain wealth, influence, and prestige. When Maysoun becomes involved with Nabil, a principled young engineer from a wealthy family, Afra's ambitions reach new heights. But her relentless pursuit of money and status creates constant clashes, family tensions, and a series of outrageous comedic situations.
